All in-stock items will ship the same day for orders placed by 2:00 PM (EST).
If your item is not in stock and needs to be made, depending on the complexity of the design, it may take up to five (5) business days for it to be ready to ship. Once your item is on the way, we will send you an email notification with tracking number.

We want your jewelry to fit you perfectly! If you would like to customize the length of our necklaces, earrings or bracelets, please email us at email@example.com.
Please specify which item you would like to have adjusted. In most cases there will be no extra charge for custom sizing. If there is an extra charge, we will let you know the cost and request your credit card information for payment.
All items will be packaged in a jewelry pouch or white box with a satin bow, depending on its size.
This makes every purchase ready for gift giving -- whether it's a gift to yourself or to someone else.
We don't expect that you will need a repair through normal, careful wear of our jewelry, but these things do happen. What sets us apart as a company is that we offer lifetime repair. Please email us for instructions on how to return your jewelry for repair.
Repairs are FREE, with exception of repairs requested during the holiday season (November 1 through December 31). Repairs requested during this period will be assessed a $25.00 repair fee. We ask for your patience as we do our best to accommodate your repair needs during this time.
Please note that some gemstones may not be available immediately and it may take us some time to find a similar stone for your repair. We will notify you if a delay is expected.
